​Licensed since 1985, she is very experienced in the sale of homes vested in a trust or sold through the probate process.  She guides sellers through this difficult time and helps them maximize the proceeds distributed to the heirs.   She handles many of the details for the Personal Representative or Trustee, so that the process is an easy one.
